Major General Albert (Bert) N. Stubblebine III (U.S. Army Retied) - Director

  • Bert is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy (West Point, Call of 52) who enjoyed a distinguished 32 year career in the U.S. Army during which he commanded soldiers at entry level. After his retirement he served as the VP for Intelligence System with BDM a major defense contractor. He has taken this set of experiences and become involved in leading-edge medical research and development in collaboration with his wife Rima E. Laibow, M.D.

    He is a long term way-out-of-the-box who redesigned the U.S. Army's Intelligence architecture while serving as the Commanding General of The U.S. Army for future conflict. The re-design earned him his place in the Intelligence Hall of Fame.

    Many of the innovations he developed helped the U.S. to conduct the First Gulf War effectively and swiftly with a very low casualty rate. He also commanded the U.S. Army's Electronic Research and Development Command (ERADCOM) and the U.S. Army's Intelligence and Security Command. (INSCOM).

    Having defended his country for 32 years and having then worked for the remainder of his career to build better ways of being and becoming well, Bert is determined not to let the forces which are threatening America's health freedoms prevail.

  • Dr. Baba has held the highest executive management posts in the Ministry of Finance, the and in such companies as E-Merck, Squibb and Union Carbide and the Foreign Trade Corporation. He was instrumental in instituting much of the modern, corporate business throughout India.

    In his latter years, the mantle and recognition as the Spiritual guide and one of the guiding Leaders of the Sikhs is fully recognized throughout India, Asia, England, the Continent, and the US.

    He brings the highest contacts in Business and Spirituality to the Foundation.

    John (JW) McGinnis - Director

  • As President for over a decade, JW built the International Tesla Society membership of 67 participating members into over 15,000 Physicists, Doctors, Scientists, Researchers, Technologists, Innovators, and Inventors of the most advanced sciences and breakthroughs in energy, medicine, and technology.

     

    During his tenure, he established a science bookstore with over 600 topical titles. He also produced and hosted the "Extraordinary Science Radio Hour" which was broadcasted on over 200 radio stations around the country and was broadcast worldwide on shortwave radio for over 10 years. He also published the quarterly science magazine Extraordinary Science was published with distribution in excess of 7500 subscribers including most major libraries in America and Europe. Ten major science conferences were produced over the period and five published scientific articles and one technical dictionary of scientific terms.
